Play video games.

Contrary to popular belief, playing video games is not all that idling. Believe it or not, you can stay active indoors even more by playing video games – or more specifically, on video game consoles such as Nintendo’s Wii series and Microsoft’s Kinect series. The reason for this is quite simple. It’s for you to have fun, all the while staying active indoors. How? Well, these game consoles are apparently built with motion sensors – the Wii series with its remote control sensor and the Kinect series with its RGB camera sensor. Meaning, you only get to play if you move around.

Some of the best games that you can play on these game consoles include FIFA 15 or NBA 2K15 on the Wii series and Just Dance or Dance Central on the Kinect series.

Use gym equipments.

And no, you read that right. And yes, you read that right. Because who says you can only use gym equipments at the said place itself? There are lots of gym equipments out there that you can afford to purchase for home use. This includes dumbbells, which you can use to strengthen your arms just as you would when you sweep the floor constantly; stationary bikes, which you can use to fortify your legs; rowing machines, which you can use to broaden your shoulders just as you would when washing the dishes; and cables, which you can use to stretch your calves.
